We had a wonderful stay at a modern and new apartment in Palermo. The apartment was beautifully appointed with a lovely swimming pool and a balcony. The staff was very helpful and there were even tea and coffee making facilities in the apartment. we highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 days at the apartment and would definitely book again. We had a fairly nice stay in Buenos Aires next to restaurants and bars and Palermo and a garden.

The caretaker was helpful and the apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and breweries nearby.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors said. The swimming pool needed maintenance, with tiles falling apart.

The apartment was exactly what we needed - two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our adult group. The balcony was a great spot to watch the sunrise every day. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which gave us the option to eat in if we wanted. The location was perfect - safe and close to shops and restaurants, but without any noise. The beds and bedding were amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The second bedroom was a bit small and the beds were single. It would have been helpful to know that beforehand, as we were two couples and would have preferred two separate one-bedroom apartments.
